# Rev-Raise Platform — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rev-Raise Platform and related services operated by Rev-Raise Group Pty Ltd (ABN 45 691 400 594, ACN 691 400 594) of 14 Wales Street, Margate QLD 4019, Australia (“Rev-Raise”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Rev-Raise Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

## 1. Account Responsibilities

- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

- You must ensure that all users of your account comply with these Terms and applicable law.

## 2. Use of the Platform & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable Australian laws and regulations, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

You must not:

- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or misleading behaviour.

- Interfere with or disrupt the security, functionality, or integrity of the Platform.

- Transmit spam, viruses, malicious code, or unsolicited messages.

- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of third-party rights.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Platform.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

## 3. Fees & Payments

- Access to certain Platform features may require payment.

- All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

- You must ensure valid payment details are maintained at all times.

- Rev-Raise may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for non-payment.

## 4. Data & Privacy

- By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian law.

- You are responsible for ensuring that all data you upload or manage complies with privacy, spam, and data protection regulations.

- Rev-Raise is not responsible for your compliance with end-user consent requirements or communication laws.

## 5. Termination & Liability

Rev-Raise may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including where:

- You breach these Terms or applicable laws;

- Non-payment occurs;

- Upstream infrastructure providers suspend or terminate services used by the Platform.

Following termination, your data may be retained for up to ninety (90) days before permanent deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Rev-Raise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

## 6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and arbitration bodies located in Brisbane, Queensland.

## 7. Miscellaneous

- We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

- If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rev-Raise regarding your use of the Platform.

## 8. Link to Full Master Terms

These Public Terms are a summary of key legal terms. Certain services, features, and programs are governed by additional Master Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Master Terms take precedence.
