About Kobi Zeus · Rev-Raise
Kobi Zeus, Rev-Raise Group

A salesman who builds systems. Not a tech guy who sells.

I am a salesman first and a systems builder second. I come into businesses, find where the revenue is leaking, and build the thing that closes it. Not an agency. Not a software subscription. Me.

Where the numbers came from

Built on a floor, not a whiteboard.

The method was not designed in a workshop about sales. It was built and proven inside a real business, against real conversations, refined by what actually moved the number rather than what sounded right in a meeting.

That is the entire difference between this and a consultant with a framework borrowed from a book. It was proven before it was packaged, then written down so it could be run by someone else entirely.

Why it matters

Most people building this come from tech.

They understand platforms, integrations and workflows. What they do not have is a feel for why customers behave the way they do, and what has to happen at each stage to move someone forward.

I have sat in the conversations. I know what a lead who is interested but cautious looks like, and I know what moves them. I know when an upsell lands and when it kills the trust you just built. I know what it means when someone goes quiet and what it usually takes to bring them back.

That thinking is what gets encoded. The technology just executes it.

The pattern

Businesses should run on infrastructure, not memory.

The businesses I audit almost always have the same shape. Strong product, real demand, capable people, and a back end held together by whoever happens to remember.

Leads lost to slow responses. Customers lost to silence after the first purchase. Upsells missed because nobody built a system to offer them consistently. A database full of warm contacts producing nothing at all.

And in almost every case they already had software. Sometimes several. The software was never the problem. Nobody had built the selling logic behind it.

The Revenue Roadmap. Free.

Six stages: Random, Counted, Written, Trained, Held, Installed. Almost every business is at one or two and believes it is at four.

Each stage tells you the one constraint holding you there, three things to build next, one thing to stop wasting money on, and how you know you have cleared it. Plus the arithmetic on what one point of close rate is worth to you.

What it is not is the execution. Knowing the order is worth having and it is yours for nothing. Running the conversation and landing it is the paid work, and I would rather say that up front.
