How I Think About This
That distinction matters more than it sounds. Most people building automation systems come from a tech background. They understand platforms, integrations and workflows. What they don't have is a deep understanding of why customers behave the way they do — and what needs to happen at each stage of the sales journey to move them forward.
I come from sales. I've sat in the conversations. I understand the hesitation points. I know what a lead who's interested but cautious looks like, and I know what message moves them. I know when an upsell lands well and when it kills trust. I know what it means when a customer goes quiet and what it usually takes to bring them back.
That thinking is what I encode into the infrastructure. The technology executes it. But the sales logic — that's what makes it work.
Why I Built This
The pattern was always the same. The business had potential — strong product, real demand, capable people. But the backend was chaos.
Leads lost to slow response times. Customers lost to silence after the first purchase. Upsells missed because nobody built the system to offer them consistently. Databases full of warm contacts generating zero revenue.
And in almost every case — they had software. Sometimes multiple platforms. The software wasn't the problem. The problem was that nobody had built the sales logic behind it. Nobody had sat down, mapped the customer journey properly, identified every point where revenue was being missed and built infrastructure to capture it.
That's the gap Rev-Raise exists to fill.
