Five ways in.
Nothing here needs the one before it. Most people start in the middle. All prices in AUD, plus GST.
The Diagnostic Call
One hour. I ask the questions, you answer them honestly, and I do not pitch you anything.
Inside 48 hours you get one page: the three biggest leaks I heard, what each one is costing you a year, and one thing you can change this week that costs nothing.
If it turns out you do not need me, that page still tells you where the money is going.
The Workshop
Four hours, your premises, up to twelve people. Reading the buyer in full depth, in a way your team can use the next morning.
The fourth hour goes on your own live deals. Not case studies, not roleplay with a stranger. The actual ones sitting in your pipeline right now, worked through in the room.

The Sales Review
Two days inside the business. Live calls, the floor, the tours, the quotes, the DMs, and whatever passes for follow-up.
Then a written verdict you keep permanently: where it leaks, what each leak costs you a year, and the three moments that would move the number most.
You pay to find out which product you need. Most people in this industry do that part free on a Zoom call, which tells you roughly what it is worth to them.
The Rebuild
Ninety days. Your playbook written, your scripts and customer journeys engineered, your team trained on your playbook rather than a generic course, and manager run sheets so the standard survives after I leave.
Fortnightly on site while it embeds. It works on whatever tools you already run, and nobody migrates anything.
Complete at ninety days. Not a subscription in disguise.
New-Hire Installation
Keeps the standard alive after a Workshop or a Rebuild, one new starter at a time, instead of them learning it by osmosis from whoever happens to be on shift that week.
A recorded module library built on your own playbook, an assessment at the end, one live session a month, a completion report to the manager, and a quarterly refresh. No site minimum, which is what separates this from the Licence.
Want new starters trained in person instead? That gets arranged directly and is scoped, not priced here.
Cancel any time on 30 days. It never needs a lock-in, because the month you stop is the month the standard starts rotting, and you will feel that before I do.
On pricing
Why some of this has a number and some of it does not.
Anything with a fixed scope has a price on it. The Diagnostic is an hour. The Workshop is four hours in one room. New-Hire Installation is the same thing at every site.
A Review and a Rebuild are not fixed. A six-person floor and a sixty-person network are genuinely different pieces of work, and quoting one before I have seen it would be guessing at your expense.
Virtual costs the same as in person on purpose. Same method, same price, wherever it gets delivered.
Running a network
Twenty sites or more is a different product.
A training course decays. Every good manager who leaves takes a site's performance with them, and six months later the network is selling five different ways again.
The Licence writes the standard into the business and maps it to every site, with a licensed facilitator running it at each one, managers trained to hold it and audited that they do, and club-by-club reporting every month. Twenty sites minimum. Below that, New-Hire Installation does the same job at the scale of one site.
Priced per site, per month, flat. The rate never rises, so it becomes a smaller share of your return every year you grow.
