1.1 This policy has two parts:
(a) Part A explains how anyone can complain to us about content on our site, in our free courses or in our community, and how to respond to a complaint; and
(b) Part B explains what we own, what we do not claim, what use is allowed, and how to report someone using our material without permission.
1.2 We are an Australian company. The law that governs copyright in this policy is the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
1.3 Where material is hosted by a provider in the United States, we may also handle a notice in a form that follows the notice-and-response practice used under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We do this as a matter of practice only. We do not claim the benefit of any safe harbour, in the United States or in Australia.
1.4 If you are a client or licensee, your rights to use our materials are set out in Schedule D of the Master Client Terms at rev-raise.com/terms-ip, and this policy does not change them.
2.1 If you believe material on our site, in our free courses or in our community infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject line COPYRIGHT COMPLAINT. Your notice must include:
2.2 Incomplete notices. If a notice is missing any of these items, we may not be able to act on it. We will usually tell you what is missing.
3.1 We acknowledge a complete notice within 5 Business Days. A Business Day is a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Brisbane, Queensland.
3.2 We review the complaint and take the action we consider appropriate. That may include removing or disabling access to the material while we assess it.
3.3 Where a user posted the material, we tell them about the complaint and give them a copy of your notice, which may include your contact details, so that they can respond.
3.4 Where the material sits on a third-party platform we use, we may pass your notice to that provider.
4.1 If material you posted was removed and you believe that was wrong, email [email protected] with the subject line COPYRIGHT RESPONSE. Your response must include:
4.2 We may send your response to the person who complained. We may restore the material unless the person who complained starts proceedings.
4.3 A response under this clause is not a counter-notification under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act and does not have the effect of one. If you need to give one for material hosted in the United States, tell us and we will direct you to the relevant host.
5.1 Knowingly making a materially false complaint, or a materially false response, may expose you to liability for the loss it causes, including legal costs.
5.2 Under section 202 of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), a person who is threatened with an action or proceeding for copyright infringement may sue the person making the threat for a declaration that the threat is unjustifiable, an injunction, and damages, unless the person who made the threat shows that the acts complained of infringe copyright. Merely telling someone that copyright exists in a work is not a threat for this purpose.
6.1 We may suspend or end the access of any user of our site, free courses or community who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
6.2 For a client, suspension and ending are governed by the Master Client Terms.
7.1 For a complaint about content that is not about copyright, such as defamation, privacy, trade marks or content you believe is misleading, email [email protected] with the subject line CONTENT COMPLAINT. Tell us what the content is, where it is, and what the problem is.
7.2 We acknowledge a content complaint within 5 Business Days.
7.3 Our Privacy Policy at rev-raise.com/privacy explains how to make a complaint about how we handle your personal information.
8.1 Rev-Raise owns, or holds under an exclusive licence, all intellectual property rights in:
(a) The Deliberate Sale, meaning the written, recorded and visual expression of its structure, sequence, phases, questions, ordering, timing and reasoning;
(b) our sales frameworks, playbook structures, scripts, run sheets, facilitator guides, lesson plans, assessments, strategy documents and process maps;
(c) our workflow architecture, automation logic, system configurations, sales stage and page structures, and message and campaign structures and templates;
(d) the configurations and instructions we write for automated conversation, qualification and content tools;
(e) our training materials, recordings, decks, workbooks and module libraries; and
(f) improvements, adaptations and derivatives of any of these that we create.
8.2 This applies whether the material existed before a client engagement, was created during one, or was refined while working on a client's business.
8.3 The same applies to the content we publish on our site, in our free courses and community, in our emails and on our social channels (Website Terms of Use at rev-raise.com/terms-website, clause 7).
8.4 The internal mechanics of The Deliberate Sale are protected as confidential information, by contract with the people we supply them to, and not by copyright. The general selling principles described in clause 9.2 are not protected.
8.5 Copyright arises automatically when a work is created. It does not need to be registered in Australia.
8.6 THE DELIBERATE SALE™ and REV-RAISE™ are trade marks used by Rev-Raise under an exclusive licence.
8.7 Clause 8.1 describes the ownership position set out in Schedule D of the Master Client Terms, clause 1. Schedule D governs if there is any difference.
9.1 Anyone we train keeps their improved judgement, confidence and general selling ability, wherever they work. Nothing we publish or supply restricts any person's general skill, experience or knowledge.
9.2 Nobody owns selling. Reading a buyer, asking questions before presenting, handling objections early, planning a concession and attaching an add-on are not owned by us, and we will not assert them against anyone.
9.3 What we protect is specific: The Deliberate Sale as a documented body of work, our written materials, the sequence, structure and internal mechanics as we have expressed them, and the run sheets, assessments and delivery design. We protect those, and only those.
9.4 You are free to sell however you wish, train your people however you wish, build your own workflows, sequences, pages and follow-up, and use any process you create yourself.
9.5 This clause describes the position set out in Schedule D of the Master Client Terms, clause 9. Schedule D governs if there is any difference.
10.1 The rules for using our free content, as the Website Terms of Use define it, are in clause 6 of the Website Terms of Use at rev-raise.com/terms-website. They are repeated here in the same words, with only the clause numbers changed.
10.2 You may: read it, watch it, take notes, apply what you learn in your own business, tell people about it, share a link to it, and quote a short extract with attribution and a link to the source.
10.3 You may not, without our written permission:
10.4 Clause 10.3 applies whether the use is manual or automated, including by scraping, crawling or an interface, and it applies to all free content wherever it appears.
10.5 Our reservation of rights. We expressly reserve our rights against automated collection of our material, including text and data mining and collection for model training. This policy and the Website Terms of Use make that reservation. It applies whether or not a particular crawler is addressed in our robots.txt file.
10.6 What the law allows. Nothing in this policy limits a use that the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) allows without our permission, such as fair dealing for research or study, criticism or review, or reporting news.
10.7 Clients and licensees. If you are a client or licensee, your rights are set out in Schedule D of the Master Client Terms at rev-raise.com/terms-ip, and not in this clause.
10.8 If clause 6 of the Website Terms of Use and this clause ever differ, the Website Terms of Use govern.
11.1 If you see our material being used without permission, email [email protected] with the subject line UNAUTHORISED USE. Where you can, include:
11.2 You do not need to be certain. Tell us and we will look.
11.3 We treat reports as confidential. We will not name you without your consent, unless the law requires us to.
12.1 Our documents and materials carry this copyright line: © 2026 Rev-Raise Group Pty Ltd trading as Rev-Raise (ABN 45 691 400 594). All rights reserved.
12.2 Confidential materials we provide may also be marked Confidential, and may be marked with the recipient's name and the date, and numbered (Schedule D of the Master Client Terms, clause 12). Material can be confidential whether or not it is marked.
12.3 Do not remove, obscure or alter any of these notices or markings.
All notices under this policy go to [email protected].
