COOKIE AND TRACKING POLICY

1. WHAT THIS COVERS

1.1 This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on rev-raise.com, who sets them, what they do, and how you can control them.

1.2 It describes the site as checked on 21 September 2026.

1.3 Our Privacy Policy at rev-raise.com/privacy explains how we handle personal information generally.

2. WHAT WE MEAN BY COOKIES

2.1 A cookie is a small text file a website places in your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage (local storage and session storage), pixels, tags and web beacons.

2.2 In this policy, cookies means all of them.

3. WHAT WE ACTUALLY USE

3.1 Our website runs on the website and sales platform we use. Our check found the following.

(a) Visitor identifier

  • What it is: one first-party visitor identifier cookie, and a contact session identifier held in local storage.
  • Who sets it: the website and sales platform we use.
  • What it does: identifies your browser as a visitor or contact, so that form submissions and bookings can be linked to the same visitor.
  • How long it lasts: the cookie lasts until it expires or you delete it. Local storage stays until you clear it.

(b) Visit history

  • What it is: visit history and session history, held in local storage.
  • Who sets it: the website and sales platform we use.
  • What it does: records the pages visited in your session. Where you submit a form or make a booking, this information may be linked to your enquiry.
  • How long it lasts: until you clear it.

(c) Form state

  • What it is: one local storage item for each embedded form, named embedded_iframe_inline-<id>.
  • Who sets it: the website and sales platform we use.
  • What it does: holds the state of an embedded form.
  • How long it lasts: until you clear it.

(d) Embedded forms and booking calendar

  • What it is: forms and a booking calendar that load in frames from a subdomain of the website and sales platform we use.
  • Who sets it: the website and sales platform we use.
  • What it does: lets you complete a form or book a time. These frames may set their own cookies, which our check could not see.
  • How long it lasts: as set by the platform.

(e) Analytics

  • What it is: Cloudflare Web Analytics.
  • Who sets it: Cloudflare.
  • What it does: measures page views and site performance. Cloudflare describes this product as not using cookies.
  • How long it lasts: no cookie is set.

3.2 Other third-party technologies. These are not cookies, but they send information from your browser to a third party:

(a) Google Fonts. When a page loads a font from Google Fonts, your IP address is sent to Google. Google Fonts sets no cookies.

(b) File delivery. Images and other static files are delivered from the file delivery network of the website and sales platform we use, and your browser sends a request to that network to load them.

3.3 No advertising or social media pixels. There are currently no advertising or social media pixels on the site. That means no Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, TikTok or LinkedIn tags.

4. DO WE SELL YOUR INFORMATION

4.1 No. We do not sell your personal information.

4.2 Because there are no advertising or social media pixels on the site, no information about your visit is sent to an advertising platform. The only information sent to third parties is what clause 3 describes.

5. WHY WE USE THEM

5.1 We use these technologies to:

(a) make our forms and booking calendar work;

(b) link your form submissions and bookings to the same visitor;

(c) measure page views and site performance; and

(d) display the site's fonts.

5.2 We do not use cookies to build a profile of you for sale, and no decision about you is made by automated means from them.

6. YOUR CHOICES

6.1 Browser controls. You can use your browser settings to see, block and delete cookies and to clear site data, including local storage. You can also block third-party cookies, or use a private browsing window, which clears cookies and site data when you close it. The settings are usually found under:

  • Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security;
  • Safari: Settings, then Privacy;
  • Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and Security; and
  • Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.

6.2 What happens if you block them. If you block or delete the visitor identifier, form state or the cookies set by the embedded frames, forms and the booking calendar may not work properly, and a form or booking may not be linked to an earlier visit. If your browser or a content blocker stops Google Fonts loading, the site shows a standard font instead.

6.3 Do Not Track. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

6.4 Global Privacy Control. Our site does not currently respond to Global Privacy Control signals. To switch off cookies, use your browser controls in clause 6.1.

6.5 Marketing messages. Cookies are separate from marketing emails and SMS. Clause 12 of our Privacy Policy explains how to unsubscribe.

7. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGIES

7.1 The website and sales platform we use, Cloudflare and Google set and use their own technologies under their own privacy policies, which govern what they do with the information they receive. We do not control them.

7.2 The categories of service provider we use, and the countries in which they process information, are in clause 8 of our Privacy Policy.

8. VISITORS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

8.1 Our business is in Australia and this policy is written for Australian law. We do not currently use a cookie consent banner.

8.2 Wherever you are, you can control cookies with the browser controls in clause 6.1.
