1 — Overview

Rev-Raise Group Pty Ltd ("Rev-Raise") respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on rev-raise.com infringes your copyright under the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), please follow the process below.

2 — Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] including:

• Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description identifying where the allegedly infringing material is located
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

3 — Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, we will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

4 — Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to [email protected] including your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, and your signature.

5 — Repeat Infringers

Rev-Raise will, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend access for users found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
