1. Overview

Rev-Raise Group Pty Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of rev-raise.com to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can request removal of material they believe infringes their rights, consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] containing all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered)
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, including the URL where it appears
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices may not be valid and may not receive a response.

3. What Happens Next

On receipt of a valid notice, we will review the claim and take the action we consider appropriate, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified material. Where the material was provided by a client or third party, we may notify them and provide a copy of your notice.

4. Counter-Notice

If material you provided was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to [email protected] containing: identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia; and your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant advises us they have commenced legal proceedings.

5. Misrepresentation

Knowingly making a materially false claim of infringement, or a materially false counter-notice, may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.

6. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate access for users or clients who are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
