1.1 Rev-Raise Group Pty Ltd respects intellectual property rights and expects users of rev-raise.com, our courses and our communities to do the same.
1.2 This policy has two halves. Part A is how to complain to us about content. Part B is what we own and how to report someone using it without permission.
1.3 We are an Australian company. The primary law here is the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Where material is hosted in the United States we will also handle a complaint in a form consistent with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, as a matter of practice rather than because a US safe harbour applies to us.
2.1 If you believe material on our site, in our courses or in our community infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject line COPYRIGHT COMPLAINT, including:
(a) identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, or a representative list if there are several;
(b) identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, including the URL or the location in a course or community;
(c) your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
(d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
(e) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them; and
(f) your physical or electronic signature.
2.2 Incomplete notices may not be valid and may not receive a response. If something is missing we will usually tell you what.
3.1 We will acknowledge a complete notice within 5 business days.
3.2 We will review the claim and take the action we consider appropriate, which may include removing or disabling access to the material while we assess it.
3.3 Where the material was posted by a user, we will notify them and give them a copy of your notice.
3.4 Where the material sits on a third-party platform we use, we may pass your notice to that provider.
4.1 If your material was removed and you believe that was wrong, email [email protected] with the subject line COPYRIGHT RESPONSE, including:
(a) identification of the material and where it was; (b) a statement that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; (c) your name, postal address, telephone number and email address; (d) your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia; and (e) your physical or electronic signature.
4.2 We may restore the material unless the complainant commences proceedings.
4.3 This is not a DMCA counter-notification and it does not carry the effect of one. If you need to file a formal DMCA counter-notification in respect of material hosted in the United States, tell us and we will direct you to the relevant host.
Knowingly making a materially false claim of infringement, or a materially false response, may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Groundless threats of copyright infringement are actionable under section 202 of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
We may suspend or terminate access for any user or client who repeatedly infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
7.1 For complaints that are not about copyright, including defamation, privacy, trade mark, or content you believe is misleading, email [email protected] with the subject line CONTENT COMPLAINT and tell us what the content is, where it is, and what the problem is.
7.2 We will acknowledge within 5 business days.
This half exists because our business is built on material that is easy to copy, and it should be as easy to report that as it is to complain to us.
8.1 Rev-Raise Group Pty Ltd owns copyright in, without limitation:
(a) The Deliberate Sale as a documented body of work, including its structure, sequence, phases and the written expression of its mechanics;
(b) all courses, lessons, videos, decks, workbooks, study materials and module libraries;
(c) all run sheets, facilitator guides, session plans, lesson plans and assessments;
(d) all scripts, sequences, templates, journey maps and campaign structures;
(e) all articles, posts, reels, carousels, captions, emails and website content published under the Rev-Raise name;
(f) all frameworks, diagrams, scorecards, calculators and diagnostic tools; and
(g) all system architecture documents, build standards and specifications.
8.2 Copyright is automatic. It exists from the moment the work is created and it does not require registration in Australia.
8.3 The Deliberate Sale™ is a trade mark of Rev-Raise Group Pty Ltd.
9.1 We do not claim ownership of ideas. Nobody owns the concept of qualifying a buyer before presenting, handling objections early, planning a concession, or attaching an add-on inside a sale. Those are not ours and we will not assert them against anyone.
9.2 What we own is the specific expression: our written materials, our documented sequence, our delivery design, and the way we have put it together. That is what section 8 covers and it is all it covers.
9.3 We say this here because a policy that claims everything protects nothing, and because we would rather be precise than sound impressive.
10.1 You may: read our content, watch our videos, quote us with attribution, share a link, and apply what you learn in your own business.
10.2 You may not, without our written permission:
(a) copy, republish, redistribute or resell our material; (b) use our material to deliver training, coaching or consulting to any business; (c) build a competing course, program or product from it; (d) remove our copyright, trade mark or attribution notices; or (e) use our material to train, fine-tune, ground, index, embed or prompt any artificial intelligence model, agent, assistant or dataset.
10.3 Clause 10.2(e) applies to automated collection of any kind, including scraping and crawling for AI training purposes. Our robots directives and this clause together constitute an express reservation of rights.
10.4 Clients and licensees have separate rights under Schedule D of our Master Client Terms at rev-raise.com/terms-ip. Those rights are set out there and nowhere else.
11.1 If you see Rev-Raise material being used without permission, email [email protected] with the subject line UNAUTHORISED USE, and where you can:
(a) a link or screenshot; (b) where you saw it and when; and (c) anything you know about who is using it.
11.2 You do not need to be certain. Tell us and we will look.
11.3 We treat reports confidentially and we will not name you.
12.1 Our documents and materials carry:

12.2 Confidential materials are provided as watermarked PDF, marked with the recipient's name and the date. Removing or obscuring those markings is a breach of the licence under which the material was provided.
